5-Flucytosine For treatment of (in combination with Amphotericin B) meningitis, Caspofungin For the treatment of Esophageal Candidiasis and Invasive Aspergillosis in patients who are refractory to or intolerant of other therapies Fluconazole For the treatment of fungal infections. Itraconazole For the treatment of fungal infections in immunocompromised and non- immunocompromised patients: Blastomycosis, pulmonary and extrapulmonary; Histoplasmosis; Aspergillosis and Onychomycosis Ketoconazole For the treatment of the following systemic fungal infections: candidiasis, chronic mucocutaneous candidiasis, oral thrush, candiduria, blastomycosis, coccidioidomycosis, histoplasmosis, chromomycosis, and paracoccidioidomycosis Voriconazole For the treatment of esophageal candidiasis, invasive pulmonary aspergillosis, and serious fungal infections caused by Scedosporium apiospermum and Fusarium spp.
